After working for over a decade in the social sector, I realised two crucial lessons. First, my well-being directly impacts those around me, both within and outside the organisation. Second, the systemic problems we work on are immensely complex and can only be addressed by shifting the quality of relationships within the system.

These two learnings have been at the heart of the work I do today, in weaving communities and learning experiences to nurture the ability of individuals and organisations to thrive. In the Wellbeing Movement and Taking Up Space, I utilise a many-to-many approach that enables people to find learning, connection, support and, most importantly, belonging on their well-being and healing journeys. With Viridus, I support individuals in organisations to cultivate perspectives and practices to help them thrive and flourish.

My work requires me to wear many hats - a gardener (metaphorically), an ecosystem designer, a relationship weaver, a strategist, a community-builder, a learning facilitator, a well-being practitioner, and a change advocate - among others. Thanks to my broad range of work, I enjoy nurturing connections and seeing and showing the big picture.

Most importantly, I am a young dad learning to love unconditionally and be self-compassionate when I struggle with it. My daughter has brought the work of weaving a community of support and embodying well-being closer to home than ever!

You will find me writing about well-being and weaving on my Medium blog. Besides my professional experiences, I also intend to speak about my journey as a father.
